Our bones are machined with state of the art CNC (computer numeric control) technology.
This machining process offers a uniformity and consistancy that is second to none.
After machining the bones are then sanded and polished by hand.
After sanding, the bones receive a coat of shellac and are buffed again.
A final application of polishing oil and then we match each pair for color and grain and then they are packaged.
